How do I get in contact with the person who listed the studio?
You will find the email contact details of the provider or individual who listed the studio on the Instagram post. However, you must be subscribed to see the posts.
Are all the studios on Instagram available?
You will see ‘no longer available’ under studios that have been rented.
What if the person who listed the studio doesn't respond?
Please let us know if you can’t get in contact with the provider/individual and we will first reach out to them and then delete their listing.
Is MyStoodio involved with the tenancy agreement?
MyStoodio simply connects artists with workspace. We are not involved with the tenancy.
How much is the subscription?
The subscription only costs £0.99 per month, which allows you to see all studio listings and contact the provider/individual.
Can i cancel my subscription anytime?
You can cancel your subscription anytime following the steps on Instagram.
How do I list my studio?
Please DM us on Instagram, or email us images and the following information: Availability, size (sqft), price (pcm), location and contact details.
Should i inform MyStoodio if the space is no longer available?
Yes, please let us know when you no longer wish to receive enquiries. We will update the listing to ‘No longer available’.
Will it cost me anything to advertise my studio?
No, listing studios is free.
Can i list my spare room as a studio?
Yes, but please try and photograph the space without a bed, and keep the price affordable for artists! We can help with pricing suggestions.
Can I list multiple studios together?
Yes, if you have multiple studios available in the same location please let us know and we can group the post together.
Will you re-post old listings?
Yes, if the studio becomes available again and you’d like us to repost, please just send us a message with a photograph of the studio you’d like re-posted.
